Our Plan
Our plan is to provide Hazara women with the tools and resources to collaborate, foster partnerships, and engage with their communities. We recognize the unique challenges faced by Hazara women, including discrimination and marginalization.
Through community programs, we aim to empower Hazara women to be agents of change, overcome the obstacles in their path, and realise their full potential. We will work with local organizations and communities to co-produce solutions that are tailored to their specific needs, drawing on their unspoken knowledge and expertise.
We will utilise programs that help Hazara women take control of their lives and launch new initiatives that address their specific needs. We will explore how technology can be used to create more effective and smarter programs that better support Hazara women in accessing information, services, and financial products.
Our programs will have a strong leadership component, nurturing Hazara women to take on positions of power and lead change within their communities. We will remain committed to learning and growing, putting the needs, challenges, and aspirations of Hazara women at the centre of everything we do.
